Welcome to Hype Haven Creators, the official creator network of The Hype Magazine. As a Hype Haven Creator, you may be selected to participate in Hype In The Streets, our nationwide creator initiative that captures culture, communities, events, businesses, artists, and breaking stories in real time. This agreement outlines the expectations and responsibilities of becoming a Hype Haven Creator and, when selected, representing Hype In The Streets on behalf of The Hype Magazine. Completion of this agreement is required before activating your creator profile.
About the Network
The Hype Magazine is the parent media company. Hype Haven Creators is our official creator network where approved photographers, videographers, journalists, podcasters, influencers, media professionals, and content creators connect with opportunities. Hype In The Streets is our field reporting and creator activation division — where approved Hype Haven Creators capture interviews, events, brand activations, community stories, and cultural moments for publication across The Hype Magazine's media platforms.
Independent Creator Status
I understand that I am joining Hype Haven Creators as an independent creator. Participation does not create an employer-employee relationship with The Hype Magazine. I retain ownership of my personal brand, business, publication, podcast, website, and social media platforms.
Representing Hype In The Streets
When participating in Hype In The Streets assignments, I agree to professionally represent both The Hype Magazine and Hype Haven Creators. I agree to: Conduct myself professionally. Respect clients, interview subjects, and fellow creators. Capture authentic, original content. Follow assignment guidelines. Protect confidential information. Represent the brands with integrity both online and in person.
Interview Release Requirement
I understand that every person interviewed or featured through Hype In The Streets must complete the official Interview Release Form before content is submitted for publication. I agree to collect the required contact information and ensure the release form is completed.
Collaboration Posts
I understand that collaboration is a core part of the Hype Haven Creators network. When requested for approved Hype In The Streets assignments, I agree to participate in Instagram Collaboration Posts and other approved cross-platform collaborations with The Hype Magazine to maximize visibility for all parties involved.
Creator Opportunities
I understand that joining Hype Haven Creators gives me the opportunity to be considered for: Hype In The Streets Assignments, Brand Activations, Editorial Features, Event Coverage, Artist Interviews, Community Spotlights, Business Features, Creator Collaborations, Sponsored Campaigns, and Special Projects. I understand that opportunities are offered based on campaign needs, availability, experience, location, and client requirements.
Electronic Acceptance: By clicking "I Agree & Continue", I acknowledge that I have read and accepted this agreement. My electronic acceptance is legally binding and authorizes The Hype Magazine to activate my Hype Haven Creator profile and consider me for future Hype In The Streets assignments and opportunities.
